Ludwig Wittgenstein (1889–1951) was an Austrian-British philosopher who profoundly influenced logic, language, and epistemology. His major works, Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus and Philosophical Investigations, explored the limits of language and meaning. Wittgenstein’s ideas shaped analytic philosophy, questioning how language structures thought and reality. His early works are now in the public domain
